Take throughout the month, except during menstruation.

Dong Quai Root Extract (4:1) -262 mg
Proprietary Blend: -1.54 g
Chinese Peony Root, Bai-Zhu Atractylodes Rhizome, Codonopsis Root, Rehmannia Root, Poria Sclerotium, Molasses, Ligusticum wallichii Rhizome, and Licorice Root.
