Contains soy protein isolate, MLO Garden Blend (consisting of corn bran,
potato flour, dried broccoli, dried tomatoes, dried carrots and dried beets),
oat-bran fiber, fortified yeast, sesame meal, wheat bran, canola oil, lecithin
and papain.

Stire two tablespoons of MLO Vegetable Protein into a glass of milk or your favorite fruit juice, or blend with fruit or crushed ice. It may also be added to cereals or salads, or used in cooking and baking.
