As a dietary supplement, take 3 to 9 capsules (see chart below) once daily
with a high carbohydrate meal. Avoid taking on an empty stomach and with high
protein foods. Wait at least 90 minutes before taking other protein or amino
acids.
Recommended Daily OKG Capsule Usage Per Body-Weight:
90-140lbs: 3 caps
141-175: 5 caps
176-225: 7 caps
226+: 9 caps
For best results, the usage of OKG capsules should be integrated
with a training schedule of 10 to 18 hours per week.
