Other Ingredients: Meadowsweet flower (Filipendula ulmaria), Wild Thyme Herb (Thymus serpyllum), Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Plaintain leaf (Plantago lanceolatra), dehydrated juice of Echinacea herb (Echinacea purpurea), Elder flower (Sambucus nigra), Peppermint flavor (contains Oil of Peppermint, Mentha piperita).

Adults and Children 12 years of age and older: Place one tea bag in a cup, add 5-8oz. boiling water, or more, according to taste, and allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes. While the tea is steeping, inhale the medicated vapors rising from the cup. Add honey, if desired. Drink the tea slowly, in short sips, while still hot, allowing the vapors to rise up the back of the throat, through the nasal passages and into the sinuses. Children under 12 years: Consult a physician.
