One tablet, or more, taken before or with milk products provides suitable enzyme activity to aid inthe digestion of the following foods (since the needfor lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirements may vary): 4 ounces of milk- or 5 ounes of yogurt- or 4ounces of buttermilk - or 4 ounces of kefir- or 8 ounces of coffage cheese.
