- Adults: 2 teaspoons (10g), preferably 1 teaspoon (5g) twice daily with at least 10-12 ounces of your favorite beverage.
- Children: (6-12 years): 1/3 the adult dose up to 2 times daily.
Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with our top selling Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for through cleansing periodically, followed by Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
- This product contains Cascara Sagrada, buckthorn, and Senna. Read and follow directions carefully
- Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain
