St. John's Good Mood encourages a positive mood by combining herbs traditionally used to ease nervous restlessness and tension. St. John's Wort tea is approved in some European countries for uncontrolled mood while lavender tea and lemon balm tea are approved for nervous restlessness. These three herbs in combination form the basis of numerous traditional European teas indicated for mild nervousness and restlessness.
How does it taste? It's a pleasantly aromatic blend of slightly bitter, spicy and sweet with citrus-mint herbal tastes.

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Drink 4-6 cups daily between meals, for at least 4 weeks.
