For occasional constipation: For relief of occasional constipation and to induce regularity. Smooth Move Fiber generally produces bopwel movements within 12-72 hours.

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 5 capsules with 8 oz. ( a full glass) of liquid (swallow 1 capsule at a time) in a single serving, up to three times daily.

Children 6 to under 12 years of age: 2 capsules with 8 oz. of liquid.

Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking.

Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.

Laxatives, including bulk fibers, may affect how well other medicines work. Take this product 1-2 hours before or after taking other medicines.
