As a dietary supplement take one ( 1 ) capsule once a day with an 8 oz. glass of water, juice or other beverage.

This product contains Senna ( Cassia angustifolia ). Read and follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health.
