A fermented soy product, developed to support digestion in the stomach and
neutralize excess hydrochloric acid to a physiologically more appropriate level
without the use of alkalinizing agents. Glycine maximus (soy) is fermented by
a special strain of lactobacillus (Lb 51). The result is a complex with buffering
potential that contains peptides, amino acids and other metabolic substances.
