This program is designed to be taken for 7 consecutive days for a complete
cleansing, purifying and detoxification of the system from the inside out.
Daily Regimen (Please complete for 7 consecutive days):
AM - Regimen
1. Take 3 Tablets of Morning Blend on an empty stomach with 16oz of water
2. 1/2 hour later ensure you eat a balanced breakfast
3. Work-out a minimum of 15 minutes
Snack (Mandatory)
1. Eat a small fruit
2. Drink 16oz of water
Lunch (Mandatory)
1. Eat a well balanced lunch
2. Ensure you include a green vegetable
3. Drink 16oz of water
Midday Snack (Mandatory)
1. Eat a small fruit / healthy snack
2. Drink 16oz of water
PM - Regimen
1. Take 4 Capsules of Evening Blend on an empty stomach with 16oz of water
2. 1/2 hour later ensure you eat a well-balanced dinner
3. Work-out a minimum of 15 minutes
Evening Snack (Mandatory)
1. Eat a small fruit
2. Drink 16oz of water
Note: Ensure that you drink a minimum of 96oz per day. Water
is a natural cleanser and assists the body in relieving unwanted toxins. It
is important that you do not take any additional vitamins or supplements during
your 7 day cleanse.
Emergency Detox Instructions: (effective in one hour)
1 Hour Prior to Desired Results: Take all 4 capsules with
24oz of water on an empty stomach. Wait 15 minutes and drink another 24oz of
water. Sit back and relax for 45 more minutes and you'll be ready to go. Results
will be effective for up to 6 hours after completing the Emergency Detox Portion
of this Program.
