Organic Green Tea with Ginger can be part of your health regime when enjoyed daily. It is well known that tea in all of its forms has significant antioxidant action. Aging, stress and inhaling polluted air can cause an imbalance in the body. By including foods or teas with antioxidant action in your diet, you can help restore balance, slowing and protecting against certain degenerative processes in the body.
Organic Green Tea with Ginger is Fair Trade Certified™ by Trans Fair USA. This tea is grown at the Ambootia Estate in Darjeeling, India, a producer of Fair Trade Certified™, organic and Biodynamic® teas since the early 1990s.
How does it taste? The strong characteristic astringent taste of green tea is mellowed by blackberry leaf and spicy ginger.

For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Drink 3 or more cups daily for maximum benefit. For an extra strength brew, use two teabags or brew up a whole pot using four or five teabags.
