The day of desired cleansing on an empty stomach (no food/liquids for 4-5
hours) drink all the tea continuosly for three hours to the time you want to
be clean. Tea is effective for 2 hours after finishing, so plan carefully. Urinate
frequently. Take all enclosed capsules when you have finished 3/4 of the tea.
Pace your drinking so you can finish the last glass as close as possible to
your desired time.
Instructions for the "Naturally Klean" 3-Hour Quick Flush:
Important - Avoid unwanted toxins for a minimum of 24 hours before starting
the tea. Drink 6-8 glasses of water and eat well the day and night before.
Brewing Instructions:
Each bag makes 32ounces(1qt). Boil 1 gallon of water. Remove from heat and add
