For best results take in a clean mouth. Because of the small quantities of active medicine in homeopathic remedies, the medicines should not be immediately swallowed nor taken with any fluids. It is also wise not to eat, drink, or brush the teeth within 15 minutes of taking a homeopathic medicine. Dosage for sensitive persons and asthma suffers is contained in the package insert. Adult: For acute symptoms, chew and let dissolve in the mouth for 5 minutes 2 tablets every 2 hours. For continued allergy relief, take 2 tablets 3 times daily. Children 2-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage.
