One teaspoon per day. Begin slowly, by taking just 2 or 3 granules a day. Your intake can be doubled every 3-day period thereafter for 30 days. After 30 days, your total daily intake should be about one teaspoonful. After this 30-day trial, your daily intake may be increased as your body dictates. Stir into fruit juice, protein drinks, vegetable juices, shakes, or milk. Mix with applesauce, peanut butter, yogurt, or honey. Sprinkle on salads and cereal. Powder and dust with cinnamon. Combine with minced dried fruit, nuts, raisins, and dates. Form into balls and roll in raw coconut. Use your imagination. Or just enjoy as is.
Must Be Refrigerated. Bee products may cause allergic reactions in some people. We always recommend that anyone with any unhealthy condition or suspected sensitivity see their doctor before ingesting honeybee pollen. Long Term Storage: Freeze.
