Take Greens Blends Today® Powerhouse Formula daily on an empty stomach
before and/or after exercising/training. Pour 12-18 oz. of water, juice, soy,
rice or almond milk into a shaker container. Add in portion recommended. Cover,
shake well, and enjoy! Designed for those who want to increase muscle tone and

Adults: 3 level scoops.
Children over 12: 1 1/2 scoops.
Suggested use for workouts: 1 1/2 scoops 30- 60 minutes prior
