Take Greens TodayŽ Men's Formula once daily on an empty/light stomach. Pour 10-12 oz. of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into a shaker container (here at The Organic Frog, we like to shake it up in water!). Add in portion recommended with enclosed measured scoop.
