Use a small amount to begin Body and Facial Massages: whether
giving, receiving, or applying to yourself, work a small amount into the skin
with upward motions, firmly or gently, depending upon purpose and area. Helps
prevent stretch marks.
Nail, Cuticle: massage a drop into the fingernails and cuticle
following the removal of nail polish; apply again around nail edges and cuticle
following a thoroughly dried coat of nail-polish. Excellent for nails that have
been covered temporarily with artificial nails.
Dry Skin Treatment: warm gently before applying
Hair and scalp oil: heat, massage into hair and scalp. Leave
on 10-15 minutes, depending upon dryness. Add shampoo, lather, rinse.
Baby Oil: add a small amount to tissue or soft diaper to cleanse;
also apply to baby's skin for gently all over massage and protection.
Shaving: Hair Removal: apply a small amount before lather,
and immediately following rinse. Before plucking eyebrows or other unwanted
hair, apply a touch to the area.
Bath Oil: add small amount to bath water.
Protection against weather extremes: apply more liberally
before skin is exposed to heat or sun and cold temperatures and winds.
