Flax seed

seeds. ALA is an important Omega-3 essential fatty acid which must be obtained
in your everyday diet.
Our rich tasting oil is organic, cold pressed, nitrogen flushed, unrefined,
hexane free and has zero trans fat. We believe in quality control from the soil
to the oil: Our involvement begins in the fields with the growers and on-staff
agronomist and continues through harvesting, seed selection, oil pressing, and
purity testing.
Nature’s Way Flax Oils have fuller taste due to more
naturally occurring nutrients than other brands. Our flax oil is grown in the
Canadian prairies where we partner with family farms. Our flax seeds are cold
pressed and bottled close to the farm so there is minimal transportation and
handling of the seeds. This gives you gently processed rich tasting flax oil
as nature intended.

Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) 1 to 3 times daily. May also be used in salad dressings, dips and spreads; on bread, rice and pasta or stirred into yogurt, cottage cheese, juice or cold beverages.
