An inhalant ingredient used for all types of respiratory problems, eucalyptus
has a clearing effect when added to a steam cabinet, bath, massage oil or diffuser.
It makes a handy Inspirol "refresher," too. Eucalyptus globulus from

Add 5% in H2O or rubbing alcohol to make and air freshener spray mist.
• Standard Dilution: 2 - 3 drops per teaspoon/5 ml carrier
oil
• For babies and children usually 1 drop "safe"
essential oil (non-toxic and non-irritant to the skin) per tsp. of carrier oil
for massage or bathing.
Body oils are best applied after a warm bath or shower when the pores are open
to absorb the therapeutic benefits of the essential oils.
Other uses include footbaths, vaporizers, massage formulas, antiseptics, inhalants,
salves, herbal compresses, diffusers, baths, and to scent your bureaus and linen
