How to use: 1-3 scoops, 2-3 times a day, depending upon your
body weight, metabolic status, workout program and diet and recovery needs.
Directions for use: Add 1-3 scoops to 3-10 oz. water, juice,
milk, yogurt or sauce.
Stir until dispersed. Drink immediately. Add more or less liquid as you like.

For best results: Upon rising - 1-3 scoops. Immediately after
