Adults take one heaping tablespoon (7 grams) up to 3 times
daily with at least 8 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage.
Children (6 yrs-12 yrs): up to 1/2 heaping tablespoon (3.5
grams) up to 3 times daily.
Mix this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass)
of water or other fluid. If minor gas or bloating occur, reduce your intake
to half and increase gradually to suggested amount.
Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty in swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
