Nutrition:
- Diet is important for food related headaches. Avoid food containing Tyramine,

of coffee and caffeine beverages.

At the onset of a migraine headache, take 2-3 capsules every 3-4 hours as needed or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take with food if mild stomach discomfort occurs. Do not exceed twelve capsules in a 24-hour period.
People who have persistant pain not relieved by Clear Headache™
