1. Shake well before using.
2. Within a 30 minute time period drink the entire contents of the 12 ounce bottle.
Also enjoy over ice or blended with ice as a frozen drink.
3. Refill bottle with cold water and drink until gone.
4. Over the next half hour it is important to relax and follow your body to eliminate
fluids by urinating frequently to expel toxins. It is helpful to drink an additional
12 ounces of water to assist your body in further fluid and toxin elimination
from the body.
Product may begin to eliminate toxins within 1 hour. Product is effective up
to 6 hours after drinking Cleansing Cocktail. Cleansing is beneficial prior
to any diet and exercise program.
Helpful Hints:
1. When cleansing the systems, it is important to drink as much as possible
on a daily basis.
2. 48 hours prior to use, avoid unwanted toxins and not use any over the counter
drugs, large quantities of vitamins, alcohol, or acidic liquids (vinegar, juices).
3. Do not eat any large meals before drinking, however, you may eat lightly
2-3 hours prior to drinking the Cleansing Cocktail.
4. While using this product, urinate frequently to remove toxins.
