This noble tea is grown in the mist covered mountains of Yunnan province. What

Bring fresh water to a boil. Immediately pour over a bag and, like full leaf tea, steep 3-5 minutes. Oversteeping brings out bitterness from tanin, a natural part of tea.
Store in a dry, cool place.
