Shipping
Shipping charges will appear upon checkout. Once payment for the order has been received, a confirmation email will be sent to you. A second confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been shipped; this email will include either delivery confirmation or tracking information depending on the carrier used. We make every effort possible to ship all orders within 1-3 business days of the date the order was placed. If an order is not expected to be shipped within the 1-3 business day time frame we will email you with an expected shipping date.
The minimum shipping charge assessed to any size order is $5.99. We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US PO boxes, FPOs and APOs. We do not currently ship orders outside of the continental US except as noted above. Choosing a higher cost shipping option does not expedite the actual processing time of the order which can vary from 1-3 business days depending upon product availability.
Tax
6% Sales Tax will be applied to all orders that are taxable and are shipped to a location in the State of Pennsylvania and/or the customer's billing address indicates that that customer resides in the state of Pennsylvania.
Damages/Shortages
All shortages are to be reported to customercare@eVitaminStore.com within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Please keep the original carton. eVitaminStore.com will report all damages to the shipper. It may be necessary for you to provide a damaged shipment to your local USPS office for inspection if your order was shipped via the USPS.
Returns
Items may be returned within 15 days from the shipment date provided they are unused and unopened. No exceptions will be made. Nutritional bars and refrigerated products are not returnable. Quantity purchases of a product are also not returnable. A quantity purchase is defined as 1 case or more of one product (SKU). We will issue a refund for returned items, less shipping charges, and less a 15% restocking charge. If the return is the result of our error the full purchase price of the order will be refunded. No return will be accepted without a RMA#. All refused deliveries by a customer will also be subject to the 15% restocking charge and in addition the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge both to the address supplied by the customer and for the delivery back to eVitaminStore. Also a delivery which has been opened by the customer and returned to the USPS, UPS, or DHL as refused delivery will be refused by eVitaminStore.com and returned to the customer by the shipper. Deliveries that are returned to us resulting from either an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer will also be subject the 15% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge both to the address supplied by the customer and for the delivery back to eVitaminStore. Please note that all orders are shipped via UPS, DHL or USPS Parcel Post/First Class/Priority Mail, the carrier used will depend on the weight of the shipment and the delivery method chosen by the customer. Also please note that all orders to PO Boxes and to FPO and APO addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail regardless of weight. We reserve the right to add a shipping surcharge to all extremely heavy orders; in addition all free shipping coupons which are used for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are valid for deliveries up to 5 pounds; deliveries in excess of 5 pounds will be subject to a shipping surcharge. The customer will be given the opportunity to cancel their order prior to shipment at no cost if they decide not to pay the surcharge. Deliveries that are sent to a hotel address will be considered delivered to the customer when signed for by an hotel employee, the customer assumes the risk of non-delivery from the hotel employee to the customer. We do not guarantee that a shipment to a hotel address will be delivered within a specific number of days or by the customer’s check out date.

The customer that places an order with eVitaminStore.com is responsible for providing correct and accurate address info rmation. USPS Delivery Confirmation or UPS/DHL Tracking Information when available will be the sole criterion used to determine if an order was delivered to the customer. A signature is not required for proof of delivery.
