For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Breathe Deep® tea
bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Gently
squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. We recommend adding
a teaspoon or two of honey to support the body’s expectoration process.
Drink a cup every hour to help open breathing. Drink 2–3 cups per day during
cold weather or to clear the breathing passages.
When you aren’t able to breathe, it can cause anxiety that adds to the
problem. Try drinking a cup of Calming tea with honey to relax your body so
you can start to breathe, long and deep.
Contains 130 mg of Ephedra Twig; maximum 3.3 mg alkaloids (l-ephedrine and d-pseudoephedrine) per cup. It is not recommended that this product be taken in conjunction with other substances that have a known stimulant effect.
