A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use freshly drawn, cold, filtered water, or spring water when available. Bring water to a rolling boil. Pour over one tea bag per cup, allowing 3 to 5 minutes for the flavor to unfold to its fullest. Feel free to embellish as desired. To enjoy organic iced tea, brew double strength before serving over ice.
