Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Cellulose (Plant
Origin), Vegetable Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium

Yeast, wheat, gluten, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).
For adults, take two (2) tablets one to three times daily, preferably with a meal. Calcium and other minerals can affect the absorption of any medications.
