Day one: Take one (1) capsule in the morning and one (1)
capsule at night.
Days two & three: Take one (1) capsule in the morning and
two (2) capsules at night.
Days four, five & six: Take two (2) capsules in the morning
and three (3) capsules at night.
Day seven: Take three (3) capsules in the morning and four
(4) capsules at night.
For best results increase daily intake of water throughout
the day.
Take only as directed. Do not exceed suggested dosage. Store at room temperature. Do not expose to excessive heat or moisture.
