Vagi-Gard Medicated Creams are formulated to relieve the external vaginal itching and burning typically associated with yeast infections. The anesthetic formula helps to "soothe and cool" and forms a protective film over the irritated tissue to reduce the chance of further irritation or bacterial growth. Vagi-Gard Medicated Creams contain the active ingredient Benzocaine, an anesthetic ingredient used to soothe and calm irritation. The Sensitive Cream contains 5% benzocaine in its formulation.

Directions
Apply liberally to the affected area. May be repeated three or four times a day. Children under two (2) years of age: consult a physician. For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. If condition worsens or if any symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or clear up and recur within a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician.
