Directions
Suggested Use: Take tablets with a large glass of water, about 1/2 hour before or 3 hours after meals. Start with 3 tablets twice daily, for 2 to 8 weeks. Continue with 1 to 2 tablets twice daily.

Warnings
Do not use if you are taking any form of prescription nitrate such as nitroglycerin. If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product.
