Suggested Use: 4 tablets daily with meals. A healthy diet, rich in essential fatty acids, along with adequate hydration is essential for healthy skin. We recommend drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of pure water daily.
Do not use if you are taking any form of prescription nitrate such as nitroglycerin. If you are pregnant, may become pregnant, breastfeeding, or regularly taking any drug such as acetaminophen, warafin, or heparin, consult your physician before taking this product.
