African Red Tea Sceletium Tortuosum 60 Capsules

An all natural anti-depressant. It elevates mood, decreases anxiety and tension, as well as being a very effecive anti-depressant. Sceletium is also known to reduce addictive cravings particularly with regard to nicotine and lessens the withdrawal effects of alcohol.

Directions
The recommended consumption is 2 capsules per day, together or divided, usually taken later in the day. Under a practitioner's guidance this can be increased to 4 capsules spread throughout the day.

Sceletium may also be used in conjunction with Sutherlandia Pro, or taken alone.
