Whether it's a smooth Japanese green or a nutty Chinese Dragon Well, green teas
offer a range of flavor. The fresh character results from limited processing
during production. Leaves are briefly heated or steamed before drying.
We source early tender organic leaves which are steamed briefly to retain
their delicate character and rich green color. The gentle, clean flavor is mild
with sweet notes of fresh-cut grass.

Directions
A truly satisfying cup of tea begins with the best water. Use freshly drawn, cold, filtered water, or spring water when available. Allow just-boiled water to cool for a moment. Pour over one tea bag per cup steeping 2 or 3 minutes. To enjoy an organic iced decaf green tea, brew double strength before serving over ice.
