Directions
Take two softgels at the first sign of cramps. If symptoms are not gone in 30 minutes, take one more softgel. Although Menstrual Magic's benefit is fairly long lasting, you’ll have to repeat the dose when symptoms reoccur, usually within 6-8 hours.
