Directions
As an adult dietary supplement, initially, drink one-half bottle (4.75 oz) of Liquid Speed to determine tolerance. Do not exceed more than one bottle in a four-hour period or more than 2 bottles daily. Shake well before use.

Do not use if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), or any other dietary supplement and/or over the counter drug containing ephedrine, caffeine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain decongestant, allergy, asthma, cold/cough, and weight-control products), or any other ephedrine group alkaloid, or other ingredients that have a known stimulant effect.
Do not exceed recommended serving. Individuals who exceed the recommended serving or consume caffeine with this product may experience serious adverse health effects. Stop use and call a physician or licensed qualified health care professional immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, nausea, insomnia, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath, or other similar symptoms.
