Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:
To calm your nerves and help you relax: Hold the spray-top
close to your open mouth and spray twice directly under your tongue. Wait
a minute or two before swallowing. Take three times a dy until symptoms disappear.
To relieve occasional sleeplessness: An hour before retiring,
spray twice under tongue and wait a minute or two before swallowing. Repeat
just before getting into bed. Repeat again if you wake up during the night.
Children under 12 years of age: Consult a doctor.

• Do not use if the tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
• Ask a doctor before use in children under 2 years of age.
