Directions
For best tea infusion, pour 8 oz boiling water over one Echinacea Immune Support tea bag and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. For a stronger effect, use 2 tea bags. Squeeze each tea bag to fully release the active ingredients. When your immune system seems a bit down, drink 2 to 3 cups per day. For increased immune stimulation, drink 4 to 5 cups per day.
