eVitaminStore is dedicated to ensuring that our customers receive top quality care and service when they visit our site.  Our mission has been to provide the highest quality products at affordable prices, and the quality does not stop with the product.  Our Customer Care and Packing Fulfillment Teams are committed to ensuring that quality is extended through every aspect of the business.  Once your order is received in our warehouse, your order is handled and processed by our quality team of eVitaminStore associates.  Please refer to our shipping policy below for more details about the processing of your order.

Shipping Policy
eVitaminStore makes every effort to ship orders quickly. Orders received by 9 AM Eastern will be shipped by the next business day, provided the product is in stock. Infrequently there is a manufacturer or distributor backorder on a product that is beyond our control. If this happens we will hold your order until it is ready for delivery. If an item you ordered will not be shipped within 5 business days of placing your order we will notify you by email. If you need a product shipped immediately, and cannot wait for the entire order to be shipped together, please let us know by email. Requests to receive multiple shipments will result in additional shipping charges for the cost of each shipment.

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping Option delivery times apply when an order is shipped. We offer shipping through US Postal Service and UPS.  See Shipping Options for United States and Canada.  eVitaminStore also provides delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Isles - please note that our Free Shipping offer does not extend to these locations.  We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal, Google Checkout for payment of your order. 

We will send you an email when we receive your order.  A second email will be sent notifying you once your order is shipped.  This second email will include tracking information.  To receive these emails please make sure to allow emails from customerservice@evitaminstore.com, or check your spam folder as emails can sometimes be identified as spam and filtered out.  You make check on the delivery of your order by going to the following websites:

When you place an order with eVitaminStore.com, you are agreeing to accept all the terms and conditions provided on the eVitaminStore.com web site and eVitaminStore agrees to provide the products/services requested at the price(s) shown at the time of your order, unless the item(s) are no longer available or is/are incorrectly stated on our website due to typographical error(s).  eVitaminStore’s responsibility for delivery of your order ends when the package is provided to the delivery service you select (USPS or UPS). You are responsible for providing correct and accurate address information as well as receiving the package at the address provided by you. When available, package tracking information provided by the USPS or UPS will be the sole criteria used to determine proof of delivery and satisfaction of our agreement with you. A signature is not required to indicate proof of delivery.

United States
eVitaminStore offers the following shipping options to the United States:

Super Saver Shipping:  $5.99 Flat Rate
Super Saver Shipping purchases will be shipped using either via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Standard Ground.  Selection of the shipping method will be driven by the weight of your order and the distance from our warehouse to your location. Delivery on average is as follows:

  • East Coast, 1-4 business days
  • Midwest, 3-6 business days
  • West Coast, 4-8 business days. 

This rate is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Isles, and Canada. Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping option to UPS Ground.  It is sometimes necessary to ship large, heavy orders by UPS rather than the USPS.  If we upgrade your shipping option we will not increase your shipping costs.


USPS Priority Mail: $6.99 Flat Rate
Selecting this option will send your order through the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.   Delivery on average is as follows:

  • East Coast, 1-3 business days
  • Midwest, 2-5 business days
  • West Coast, 3-7 business days. 

This shipping option is required for orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Isles. Please note that we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping option to UPS Ground.  It is sometimes necessary to ship large, heavy orders by UPS rather than the USPS.  If we upgrade your shipping option we will not increase your shipping costs.

We reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge for orders weighing in excess of 5 pounds to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.  In addition we reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge for orders weighing in excess of 25 pounds to all addresses in the 48 continental US states.


UPS Ground: $9.99 Flat Rate
Selecting this option will send your order through UPS Ground.  Delivery on average is as follows:
East Coast, 1-4 business days
Midwest, 3-6 business days
West Coast, 4-8 business days. 

This shipping option is available to all US location except Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands. 

We reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge for orders weighing in excess of 5 pounds to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands.  In addition we reserve the right to charge a shipping surcharge for orders weighing in excess of 25 pounds to all addresses in the 48 continental US states.

A maximum of 25 pounds will be shipped under our free shipping offer to all addresses in the 48 continental US states.  A shipping charge will be charged for orders in excess of 25 pounds under this offer.

CANADA
eVitaminStore charges Canadian customers a shipping & handling fee which is used to cover freight and packaging. Once your package arrives you may be required to pay import taxes, to both the country and local province. We only ship packages purchased on eVitaminStore via the USPS to Canada and we provide two shipping options, USPS First Class International and USPS Priority International.  The weight of your order determines the delivery charge.  USPS First Class International can only be selected for orders not in excess of 4 pounds.  This is the lowest cost option, however the delivery time is generally longer than USPS Priority International. Shipping options to Canada are as follows:

USPS First Class International:
Your order will be shipped USPS First Class International. 

  • Shipping Fees: $2.99 plus $3.99 per pound
  • Delivery Time: 7-13 business days*.


USPS Priority International:
Your order will be shipped USPS Priority International. 

  • Shipping Fees: $19.75 plus $1.50 per pound
  • Delivery Time: 6-12 business days*.

*Please note that the delivery times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed by eVitaminStore or USPS.

 The eVitaminStore Free Shipping offer does not extend to Canadian locations. 

eVitaminStore insures all orders shipped to Canada. When you place an order with eVitaminStore you are assuming all risks for impounded orders.  It is the customer’s responsibility to check with Canada’s customs office to see if your country permits the import of the products that that you ordered from us. When you place your order, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions for international shipping.  Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping Option delivery times apply when an order is shipped.

CANCELLED ORDERS
eVitaminStore orders may only be cancelled within 15 minutes of submitting an order.  An order is submitted the moment you click the ‘submit order’ button on the eVitaminStore.com website.  Only orders cancelled within this time period will be issued a full refund. This is a standard policy that is adopted by major online retailers including Google, Amazon and other ecommerce websites.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS
If you refuse shipment of an order you placed, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges. Furthermore, in addition you will be charged the greater of a refused shipment fee of $15 or 15% of the total purchase price of the order.


UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If you do not pick up or arrange for delivery of either a USPS or UPS Ground shipment, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges.  Furthermore, in addition you will be charged the greater of a refused shipment fee of $15 or 15% of the total purchase price of the order.


INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you provide an incorrect address and the order is returned to eVitaminStore as not deliverable, you will be charged all original shipping, handling, and return postage charges.  We will be happy to reship your order to your revised address as soon as provided.  All orders that fail to provide us with a correct revised address will also be assessed a 15% restocking charge.


DAMAGED/LOST IN SHIPMENT
Unfortunately accidents and mistakes do happen.  If your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us at customercare@eVitaminStore.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will have a call tag sent and a new product will be shipped out free of charge. All returns after 48 hours will be treated as a regular return subject to the return policy listed below.   Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.  Prior to pickup and the shipment of a replacement product resulting from a damaged shipment, a signed insurance claim form will need to be received by eVitaminStore from the customer.  Customer Care will provide this form to you for your signature.

If your item is not received within 10 business days of shipment, please check with USPS or UPS.   When checking the status of your order, you will need to input the appropriate tracking number or delivery confirmation number. 


 If you do not receive your order within 15 business days please contact customercare@eVitaminStore.com .  Our Shipping Carriers, UPS or USPS, will investigate all claims filed for shipments lost in transit.   Prior to shipment of a replacement product, a signed insurance claim form will need to be received by eVitaminStore from the customer.  Customer Care will provide this form to you for your signature.  The insurance carriers require eVitaminStore and the customer to wait 21 days for US shipping addresses and 45 days for APO/FPO and Canadian addresses before an insurance claim can be processed.  Once we are in possession of a signed insurance claim, a replacement order will be shipped immediately.

RETURNS
Items may be returned to eVitaminStore within 15 days from the shipment date provided they are unused and unopened. Quantity purchases of a product are also not returnable. A quantity purchase is defined as 6 or more units of one product; please note that if you purchase a case of one product (SKU) and that case includes 6 or more units of that one product then that case is not returnable. In addition, the following products are not returnable:

  • Nutritional bars
  • Refrigerated products
  • Hair brushes
  • Combs
  • Menstrual Cups/Liners/Pads
  • Clips

We will issue a refund for returned items, less shipping charges, and less a 15% restocking charge. No return will be accepted without a RMA#. To proceed with placing a return with eVitaminStore, please follow these instructions below:

  • For Returns or Exchanges, please contact us at CustomerCare@eVitaminStore.com . A returns representative will review your return request, and you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
  • Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as eVitaminStore is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.
  • Return the product(s) to the address provided to you by the eVitaminStore Customer Care representative with your RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box:
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.
